Kalmia — Local services in Toyohashi

As compared to other station buildings; Kalmia isn’t very big and one thing I find very disadvantaging is that they have no supermarket. They however have a Beard papa straight at the entrance ..yeei🙌🏻. Next to beard papa is coffee shops ; bakery and Tiny fresh food stores. If you take the escalator down there is a whole floor for just restaurants. Not so many options but okay. Then the last floor down has a drug store , manga store and my favorites ; Claire’s. If you take the escalator up there are clothing stores and of course the always convenient 100yen store. So kalmia ain’t that bad. 駅中にある生ジュース屋さんにたまに行きますが、ストロー、蓋はセルフで、緊張して手が震えても付けてもらえなかったのに、今日子連れの女性が座って子供にジュースあげてたら、それ以降の人には店員さんは蓋とストローを何も言わず付けてました。その女性が座ってるからストローと蓋が取れないんです。 なのに、店員さんは旦那さんの分は付けてくれたのに、もう一人の店員さんだと思いますが、その人は私の分だけ付けませんでした。旦那さんは取りづらそうに、その女の人を避けながら、何とか取って来ましたが、明らかにその親子は邪魔です。 スタンドテーブルしかないところで、混んで来たら出て行くか、移動すべきです。 その女の人の母親らしき老人も来て、すみません、どけて下さいとか言いながらその娘に近づいて、あらー、赤ちゃんジュース吸えないの？とか呑気なこと言って自分だけ帰って行きました。 親があれなら、娘も同じ育ちですね。 それを注意しない店員さんもどうかと思いますが。 電話して窓口の人に説明して、折り返し詳細分かる人から連絡すると言われましたが、内容よく分かってないからもう一度聞いて 良いですか？と言われました。クレームのエスカレーションもして無い人と話す気は無いし、最初の方の方がまともだったので 基本ストローと蓋はセルフ、お願いがあれば店員も対応する。 サービスに不公平があったことは謝罪とのことでした。 お願いして無い人に付けてるし、付けるのか付けないのか 一貫したサ...
