Meh experience. These people are fine at what they do but it took a ridiculously long time to complete work that should have only taken a few hours. I was left without a computer for 2 weeks because a BIOS update bricked my computer; I asked them to restore my files. They had installed a Japanese version of Windows on my American PC, which I cannot change unless I do a complete system restore. They also did not do a full back up of my computer, just saving the files that were on the desktop. Now my computer system is in Japanese (no, changing the language to English does not fix the fact that the computer thinks it now has a Japanese keyboard, which has different keybindings). In hindsight I guess I should have specified that they should select English during the installation of Windows but I am disappointed in their poor quality of service. Unfortunately this is the highest rated computer repair shop nearby. On another occasion, they did not want to replace my screen frame after I broke it because they said it might damage the screen. 追記 せっかく中古pc即決したので購入経緯をご説明致します。(長文失礼します)

当時5万円の新品のノートパソコンをネットで購入しましたが電源が入らなくなりまぎまぎさんに持ち込みの修理依頼を頼みました。

しかし店員さん曰く『cpuの世代的に残念ながら外れ製品が多く電源アダプタを常時差しっぱなしで仕様していた場合バッテリーが膨張し修理をすると最悪新品買うのと同等な金額になるかもしれません』との見解でした。

電源アダプタを常時差しっぱなしにしていたことを即座に見抜いて損益分岐点の概念で中古pcの検討を進めていただきました。(これ神対応)

ですが中古pc自体購入経験がなく少し不安でしたが店員さんが『アダプタの差しっぱなしでバッテリー膨張が不安なら敢えてバッテリー無しのモノを選ぶのもありです。』と私の持ち運びを全くしない使用環境に合わせたアドバイスも的確でした。(しかもSSD付でレスポンスも私の修理依頼したノートパソコンより良かったw)

以上の経緯で17800円で中古のノートパソコンを購入。レビューでさらに1000円割引で16800円でした(*´ω｀)

PCの購入を検討されている方はまずこのお店に相談しましょう。わざわざ国内メーカーの無駄に高く無駄にソフト入ったPC買うより遥かに安く自分の用途に合ったPCが見つかるはずです。消費者が求めている大きな要素の一つではないかと。
