カスタマーサービスが悪く、言葉も誠実さがない。購入前にマイクロ SD カードを 5 枚購入したが、サイズと速度がわからないため返品できるか尋ねた。

1 週間以内に返品または変更できると言われた。今日はグレードを上げるためにお金を追加で払うつもりで来たが、注文に時間がかかり、グレードを上げる時期がわからないため変更できないと言われました。返品をお願いしたが、ギフト券を使ったため許可されなかった。しかし購入前に、ギフト券を使って 1 週間以内に返品して変更するのは問題ないと言われました。

レジ係と店長に話したが、約束を守る態度が悪かった。この店はお勧めしない。商品の変更や返品の方法についてアドバイスがあれば教えてほしい。非常に悪い顧客体験。ここで買い物をするのは悲しくて頭が痛い。

bad customer service and no word of honor. I bought 5 micro SD card before buying i ask if it can be returned because i am not sure of the size and speed.

i was informed i can return or change in one week. I came today to change to a higher grade and willing to add money, but they told me its not possible to change as it will take time for them to order and they do not know when they can order the higher grade. i ask for return they did not allow because i used gift certificate. but before buying they said it was ok to use gift certificate and return and change within a week.

i talk to the cashier and the shop head but they were not nice to keep their words. i do not recommend this shop. If anyone has advice on how I can have my item change or return would appreciate it. Very bad customer experience. It make me sad and headache...
