I took my 2.5 year old here while my husband was in the area for business during our holiday in Tokyo. It was the perfect respite from the heat we’ve been experiencing. After 3 days of travel and sightseeing my son loved the opportunity to let loose and be a crazy kid.
The staff were kind and helpful, the QR code process was slightly cumbersome as I don’t speak or read Japanese but with Google translate and some very patient staff we finally managed. The venue is well staffed, with staff were regularly cleaning and helping keep the toys in line.

The facility size is adequate and the parents and kids are considerate. I even gained 3 mom friends during my stay there. The atmosphere was friendly,...
