Mahaloh Import Shop — Local services in Yokohama

Finally a good store, clean, organized and with good service, something that I miss in Brazilian markets in Japan. Some items are priced higher, but understandable given that they offer better service. Highlight for the differentiated products of Hortifruti, the Rotisserie and the Butcher shop that makes customized cuts to the customer. Unfortunately, I have something relevant to warn and deny: Be careful when buying your meat, in an order I made I requested an angus picanha piece (only), but I received picanha with outside flat (cheapest than picanha). The piece came with absorbent paper and vacuum packed, which prevented me from visualizing the third vein to identify the cut of the picanha. It's a common practice in Brazilian product markets here, but I didn't expect to have this unpleasant surprise at this location. Found out about this nice little supermarket/burger-Ya restaurant from my brother who lives in the area.

The burgers here are delicious with some very delicious shakes too. I ordered the "Cash" burger, patty wasn't dry with now buns, good flavor!

You can order at the counter (and pay by credit card) or use the electronic order machine (with English options) and pay by cash. Many nice pictures to display what kind of burger you are ordering made it very convenient to see what you are getting.

The staff was very friendly. Some could use English as well and were very helpful.

The supermarket is a little small but has a good variety of Asian import foods like Pho noodles, Nam Pla(fish sauce) and a variety of Brazilian imported food items like sausages, meat and cheese.

Really enjoyed the burger shop and liked the variety of imported food goods available. I will definitely stop here again for a burger...

Great supermarket with a superb selection of Brazilian meats and ingredients plus a lot of imported foods, liquors and wine. As well as a small supermarket bakery. Dine-in or carry out options.
