So crowded, it is a visit recommended with time to spare. Recommended is the dining outlet in the first floor on rare occasions. 会社の従業員の転入届けで来ました。駐車場はタワーパーキング2基で1基は小型車用なので全時間混んでて並びます。かなり待たされますが裏の郵便局のコインパーキングは30分500円なので早めに行って並ぶかコインパーキングに停めて少し歩いた方が良いと思います。基本的に対応いいですが案内の方が老若男女タメ口対応ですが外国人の方が多いのでそういう方針だと思います。どの窓口も基本的に混んでいますが対応は早いと思います。

Oh my God I had a very bad experience with a staff with a short hair sitting at counter number 3 window A at the 2nd floor. Very very rude japanese staff. When I saw my number in screen I went to her window and show my number if I did not mistaken. Yelled at me to get a yellow paper and when I take the paper very angry to tell me to right down my details. I said in a nice way I said I'm sorry I cannot read. And she tell me with an angry voice to come at window number 4. I said to her it is not my fault so she doesn't need to be angry at me. When I arrived at the 2nd floor I ask one of the staff where I can get kosekitohon I just show the picture and told me to get a ticket number at counter number 3. So it is really...

Hola, escribo esta reseña para ayudar a todos los hispano-hablantes que tengan que ir a dar su dirección de residencia al llegar a Japón. Esta oficina no se hasta que zonas lleva el registro de domicilio, hasta donde yo se todos los que vivan en tsurumi-ku pueden ir allí. Según entras al edificio subes a la siguiente planta, subiendo las escaleras de la izquierda. Allí justo enfrente veréis un punto de información en el cual podréis preguntar.

Recomiendo mucho esta oficina, porque tienen atención para extranjeros en inglés y el día que fui yo por lo menos, había una japonesa que hablaba español. Sino también tienen formularios con una plantilla de ejemplo en español/inglés. Recomiendo ir con tiempo porque te vas a tirar facilmente 4h entre todos los tramites. También recomiendo apuntarse a la seguridad social de Japón. Yo he venido 1 año con el working holliday y esta oficina me ha facilitado mucho las cosas. Todos muy amables.
