I recently visited a the place, and I must say that the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. It's exciting to see such a unique idea being introduced to the country. However, I couldn't help but notice a couple of drawbacks. Firstly, there was a noticeable unpleasant odor in the cat lounge, which took away from the overall experience. Additionally, I observed that some of the cats appeared to have hair loss, which raised concerns about their health. Poor pricing service, misinformation is described as “miscommunication”. I had a coupon where I was told that my next grooming service is free, after my dog was groomed, I was billed 20 KD instead of 15 KD after the service was complete. What a surprise! Customer service is HORRIBLE. The owner was condescending and practically screaming just because I wouldn't take an employee's word on what's good for my cat. I mean what's the point of going to a cat nutritionists/ specialist when u can just go to pet castle's employees 😂. Awful customer service & zero transparency. Definitely...
