The story started on Sunday 17 December when I found a poor cat looked dumped in the street, I gave him food and when I came back he was still there I took him home for 1 night next day I took him to this place, they did check and was like he had bad constipation and mega colon, anyway what I supposed to do! They were he need to take this medicine go and grab it from pharmacy OK! OK, and sure they did xray I told them he's not mine and it's just rescue case, they don't care, anyway, they said you can take him I was like I can't I have another male cat and they would fight and maybe this one sick, I told them keep him for sometimes and I will put him for adoption, later they decided that he need 7 days treatment I was like OK, they charged the full 7 days, I picked him on Monday and was at my place for another night, clearly he wasnt OK, next day Monday 25 I took him again to another vet and did the xray again and was like he's not OK at all and so skinny and need to have drips and urgent surgery, actually they said he may not make it and since its rescue case we won't charge you the full amount, I told them no it's OK I can handle it, they were insisting to handle the big share of the cost, by tomorrow afternoon they would do it for him, the doctor was 'I never say similar case in my life' , and he was 'I will do my best', as a result this place only care about money and cost no matter what's the case or the condition, at the end of this I would just say : please don't take your little sweet creatures to this place ever no matter what. Second please please don't dump them in the street you don't know how it's hurt to see them struggle, and last please don't buy cats or dogs and adopt them, stop caring about how they do look or what breed they are, at the end they do have soul like us and I will never forget this little guy how he was trying to tell me that he's in pain without saying a single word. All Pet Owners BE CAREFUL! IT CAN KILL YOUR LOVELY PETS. NEEDS TO BE SHUTDOWN! It is the worst place Pls dont take my review lightly. My beautuful cat needed a hair cut. I took her on Fruday, the indian man wanted to give her some sedation, I argued but he said its just a low dose, she will be awake. He took her in and in a few minutes came out all nervous and sweaty, I heard my cat scream awfully. He gathered the other man and went in, when I followed he showed my poor cat in hands and told me its ok, she is being difficult thats, all. Later he was cursing my cat and showimg a bite mark to his coworker I took my cat sedated home, she woke up after 1 and half day.. One leg limping with a big bruise.. Turns out he fractured her leg ( spiral fracture on xray... Means to hold and twist bone on it self) and then he gave her v high sedation to cover it up.. The Egyptian lady doctor almost like killed my puppy!!!!! Ok.... can u imagine my puppy was there only for a minor allergy issue. So he was referred few injections for 3 days. N his condition didn’t improve so the doctor referred for another 3days injections; (2 injections a day). He had blood clotting on his back where she injected. When I went next day for check up n asked for the cause or reason, doctor is zero concerned to even tell me why he had this allergy even I asked her several times. N I literally don’t understand their charges structure. They’ve amounted every drop in their injection liquid n charge for every time they even use cotton to clean up.
