Sushi club — Restaurant in Salmiya

Ordered via Talabat at 8.04pm, driver who is apparently not from Talabat called me 8 times and asked me to save his number and send him the address not once but twice, order finally arrived at 9.45pm. Talabat promised time 60 mins?

I called the store to complain whilst waiting the person who answered put the phone down because the Manager was busy??? I called again and spoke to Artic, he apologised and said he would sort it it out, the driver continued to call after this and the Manager never calked back or sorted anything out - I paid full price.

The restaurant had a cozy and warm atmosphere that I really appreciated. The place was clean and well-maintained, which added positively to the experience.

However, the food didn’t quite meet my expectations. The flavors were average, and I was hoping for a bit more in terms of quality and taste. Prices felt a bit high for the quality offered.

Service-wise, the staff were polite, but the food took a bit too long to be served, which affected the overall experience.

It was our first time we try sushi in Kuwait so we decide to try it at sushi club and we are so disappointed about the service it was to slow they need more staff, Even it needs more hygiene the floor too much dust even the chair.
