On Friday, 6/6/25, my runner accidentally dropped off my parcel at Pos Laju Penampang instead of J&T. Despite the mix-up, staff member Christopher went above and beyond by reaching out to me through my TikTok business account, as there was no contact number on the parcel. I saw his message around 3:45 PM and immediately called Pos Laju Penampang. Christopher and his colleague explained the situation politely.

I asked if I could send a runner to collect the parcel since my customer from KL needed it urgently, and Pos Laju would be closed over the weekend. He kindly agreed. After arranging a Grab runner, I called back around 4:15 PM to let them know my runner was on the way. Their closing time was 4:30 PM, but my runner only managed to arrive close to 5 PM due to traffic jam.
