the food is delicious. but the male staff is quite rude. i came on 9th dec around 820pm. One male staff supposed to serve me. but didnt make any friendly approach. not even "hi" or "order?".grumpy face straight looking at the pc.not even looking at me.and didnt even hear my order properly. i even mentioned the size i want twice because he didnt even bother to ask me what size i want for my orders. i ordered 2 Large size and 1 Regular. proceed giving me all L sizes.Please educate your staff to make friendly approach to customers. He treated me as if i owe him money.theres only 3 customers inc me during that time. Maybe I came during near-closing time and that...

That time I went to this place for take a tea time. I ordered a drink of signature sugar brown pearl milk tea and a snack of Korean spicy cheese popcorn chicken.

Later.. suddenly I got nausea, vomiting worse, stomach pain and faint so I went to see doctor emergency. Doctor said bubble milk tea cold got bacteria and food poisoning. We think this place Tealive food and drink is unclean.

Owner of Tealive, please make sure all foods and drinks keep clean up before I make a report complain to KKM for come to investigate this place...
