Since Grab isn't showing my comment review, so here it is for Grab booking ID A-7OOBP6MWWTGRAV

Size of chicken used to be big and worth the price even for dine-in but this recent order is a waste of money, a non-generous portion, what a horrible disappointment.

Why? You gave small chicken because of a rm12 discount given is it? Grab or may be it was you who gave the voucher for users to use, was that the main reason you gave small chickens? You think customers cannot pay in full? You think customers desperate for discounts?

Better close your franchise if you want only profit and not the satisfaction of your customers. No wonder your overall rating has gone down from 4.6 to 4.2. Should be 2.0 or better lower for this experience.

Please go the extra mile. If your chicken is small like baby toyol because supplier provided you so, when customer order 3-pc chicken dinner plate, add 1 more chicken to make up for the size cut. Simple generosity, basic human psychology, basic art and psychology of sales & marketing, such basis of reasoning also cannot apply and put to practise?

Close your franchise better or stay out of any food apps if you want to close the customer-to-shop note...

Everything is slow and there are only 4 customers including me at that time, but it took me almost 45 minutes before I could start ordering and unfortunately 2 customers before me had an issue with their order and the staff and the supervisor I believe could not manage and settle the issue. Instead the supervisor blamed all the new staff and asked him to settle. It's only a small issue (cheese out of stock) either you refund or ask the customer to select another menu. And the customer did mention the same thing to the supervisor or manager (women). At the end I still need to wait for them to settle the issue. The food was superb except for the potato wedges, which were already cold, not warm at all. The chili sauce dispenser was not functioning properly, so we couldn't get it. Very disappointed with the girl who took my order, who showed me her unfriendly face. She didn't even give a greeting or smile like she was so lazy to treat customers. But when she was at the back, she was chatting and laughing with her colleagues. Anyway, her manager was very friendly and treated customers nicely. The environment was considered clean but has a confined space. I hope kfc donggongon can improve their services from time to time so hopefully we can enjoy our dine here in the...
