Summary (TL;DR) Setting up the appointments was very smooth & easy. Clinic has overall nice, convenient and relaxing environment. Dr Teo(Dentist) is very friendly, attention to details, reassuring and handle case expertly. After treatment, no discomfort.

Setting Up Appointments (Smooth & Easy): Done through texting via whats'aap. The staff who was attending me was very helpful in arranging timeslot. The staff also send me a reminder a day before the appointment which was also greatly appreciated.

The Clinic (Few nick pick otherwise very nice clinic environment): It has a no indoor shoes policy. So beware for those with stinky feet 😀 Shoes rack is provided and it definitely helps to keep the entrance neat & tidy. Upon entering, registration. The staff was friendly and she helped me on registration. It probably took less than 5mins or so before I was asked to be seated & waiting for the appointment time. Music played is leaning towards English pop music which is my kind of jam!! Water dispenser and paper cup are provided in convenient & easy to access spot. Waiting seats are limited (6-7 pax max). It is understandable given the limited space. There are few books available to read. There's one book that I found interesting which is related to symptom and prescription. Definitely kill some waiting time and yea this is personal preference. 😜 Sandals are provided for restroom. But I have a US size 10 feet and non of em fit. They seems to be around size 7 or 8. Had to forcefully wear them and twinkle toe into the restroom.

Dentist (Very friendly, attention to details, reassuring and handle case expertly): Dr Teo is the dentist attending me for my teeth scaling treatment appointment. She is very welcome, friendly and engaging with patient. Regularly check status with patient during the treatments, this definitely helps reduce anxiety in most patients. (I wish I have an extra pair of mouth to chat 😆) Prior to the teeth scaling, she did a thorough examination and identified that I have a habit of over-brushing over few corners of my upper jaw's teeth. The over-brushing has somewhat contributed receding gum aka exposing the teeth deeper than needed. This will comes with additional complications if not addressed or treated properly. So on top of teeth scaling, she also did small composite add-on to those exposed teeth. Of cause she also advice me about over-brushing by adjusting brushing technique. 😆 All the treatments was done in short amount of time and without any discomfort at all.

After Treatment Day (No issue) : I did not experience any discomfort throughout and after the day. This is considering I have the newly added composite treatment and I do wear mouthguard to address my other problem(teeth grinding). The mouthguard is still able to fit-in nicely. Can't believe that I would be feeling so great after having dental check-up and treatment. I've just had an appointment with Dr.Tay which gave me a quick dental check-up and suggested me to do filling for one of my tooth that had cavities and also scalling. I'm really a scaredy cat when it comes to these dental issues since I've not seen any dentist for three to four years. Thank you so much, Dr.Tay! I would really recommend Dr.Tay as she's really easy-going, gentle, soft-spoken and really patient when she's doing treatment for me. Her encouragement and comfort really did the trick when I got really nervous and scared!!! I'm looking forward to the next appointment with her a few weeks later! P.S. performed teeth scaling (20/1/2019) staff is friendly. They will call you beforehand to confirm your appointment. Afterwards they will also conduct a follow-up call to make sure everything is okay (aka make sure your tooth didn't fall off accidentally :D) Doctor is professional (at least for mine).
