Had an extremely disappointing experience with KFC Ayer Keroh DT, and I feel compelled to share my thoughts. I ordered their spicy crunch chicken, but to my dismay, I received a batch of refried, day-old chicken. The moment I opened the box, a putrid smell wafted out, making me want to retch. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time I've received such subpar chicken from this particular KFC branch.
I wanted to give them another chance, hoping that things had improved, but my hopes were shattered once again. It is disheartening to see that the issue persists, despite my previous experience. My recommendation to anyone considering purchasing fried chicken from this branch is to steer clear of the drive-thru or delivery options. It appears that they consistently provide customers with day-old, foul-smelling chicken.
The quality of food is crucial, especially when it comes to fast food establishments like KFC. It is disappointing when a renowned chain fails to meet basic standards. While I understand that mistakes can happen, the consistent delivery of below-par food is simply unacceptable. I hope that KFC Ayer Keroh DT takes note of these concerns and takes immediate action to rectify the situation.

Read moreDon’t waste your time coming here. At 12 AM, I went through the drive-thru and tried saying ‘hello’ at the speaker, but there was no response. I thought maybe the speaker was broken, so I drove forward to the payment counter, hoping to place my order there.
When I reached the counter, the staff asked, ‘Do you have an order?’ I said, ‘Not yet.’ Then they replied, ‘Oh, sorry, we actually feel bad taking orders because the queue is long.’
Excuse me, what? Never in my life have I been to a restaurant, no matter how busy, where the staff said something like that. ‘Feel bad’ about taking orders? Are you kidding me? Even if the queue is long, at least inform customers how long the wait will be instead of responding like that—especially when the restaurant closes at 2 AM.
On top of that, not a single apology from the staff! And to make things worse, I couldn’t even place an order and had to go home empty-handed. I was also stuck in the queue with no way to exit. Hands down, the worst branch I’ve ever been to. Save yourself the trouble and don’t bother...

I was expecting a quick trip to get some snacks for my sisters and they came up with this. “Say nak order 3 cheezy popcorn bowl boleh?” , “Kena tunggu 30 minit” , “Kalau gantikan dengan cheezy wedges?” , “Masih kena tunggu 30 minit” , “Is there anything which i can order where i dont have to wait for 30 minutes?” “Ayam je” , “Kalau 1 cheezy popcorn bowl?” , “Takyah tunggu lama” , “Ok, kalau macam tu bagi saya 1 cheezy popcorn bowl jela” and then i proceed to wait for there 10 minutes looking like an idiot waiting for 1 measly little cheezy popcorn bowl. And on top of that, when i got the cheezy popcorn bowl and gave it to my sister she then complained about the lack of cheese which is honestly just icing on the cake.
