We booked and pre-ordered the foods for CNY Dinner. Very good service, friendly boss and staffs. The creamy crab will taste better if they don't add vinegar. The sour taste ruined it. Ginger chicken is not so tender, maybe they use Kampung Chicken. Their Lao Sang is really creative, as they use fruits as most of the ingredients, no coloring stuffs. We ordered kungfu fried mee hoon with fresh water prawns, stir fried pork belly, roasted free ranch chicken, signature fish maw with crab meat, stir fried grouper slices with scallions & ginger, stir fried royal chives with garlic.

Awesome Chinese cooking technique which has been carrying in the Lee family for many years. Taste delicious, fresh ingredients used and nice presentation. Price is at premium for certain dishes, but justified.
