Unsafe experience that my children and I had recently here. While we were visiting, we observed a child who was physically aggressive toward another patron. Shortly after, these children began engaging in similarly aggressive and inappropriate behavior toward my own children. When I brought this to the attention of a staff member, I was shocked to be told that the children in question were the owner's. The staff member's attitude implied that this status exempted them from the rules of safety and decorum that apply to other customers. As a paying customer, I believe that all guests deserve a safe and respectful environment, regardless of their family connections. This incident not only ruined our outing but also demonstrated a serious lapse in judgment and customer service by the staff. This is not how a business should be run, and it creates a negative and potentially unsafe atmosphere for all patrons. We chose to leave immediately and will not be returning. I sincerely hope management addresses this issue to ensure the safety and satisfaction of all future customers

I would like to seek clarification regarding the child supervision policy currently in place.
It was mentioned that the child in question is the boss’s child. However, during my time there, I’ve observed that only my children and three other kids were present. Two of those children are siblings, one of whom is the boy I’m referring to. These children appear to be unsupervised by a parent or guardian.
Previously, we were informed that children cannot be left unattended. I’d appreciate it if you could clarify whether this policy applies equally to all paying customers, as it currently appears there may be some inconsistencies in how the rules are enforced.
Additionally, I did not receive any phone calls regarding this matter, which was also mentioned.

Read morePreviously Seven Castle was located on GF. Very small area yet still oklh for kids. Now moved up to more spacious area on upper floor. Amazing. Very spacious. A lot of toys for kids. Also a lot of area for them to run around. Apart from long Q at entrance (which can be avoided if all the 3 counters was attended), my kids loved it. Entrance also very affordable.
