Crest Austin — Local services in Johor

I am extremely disappointed with the sales team at Crest Austin, particularly with BK, who handled our viewing. Throughout our interactions, I found his conduct to be both unprofessional and misleading.

One of the key issues was regarding the Bumi certificate. BK claimed that he arranged for JPJ to remove the expired license from the system, when in fact, we had personally called and visited the office to resolve the matter ourselves. This was highly misleading and left us questioning his credibility.

Another instance of dishonesty occurred when he mentioned that another client was scheduled to meet him immediately after our viewing. However, he instead remained on-site, simply speaking to the contractor after we raised concerns about defects. While this may seem minor, it contributed to an overall pattern of insincerity.

The final and most concerning issue was regarding the Sales and Purchase (S&P) agreement. BK assured us that it would take three days for the lawyer to prepare the document but claimed that he personally called to expedite the process. He then returned from the back office and stated that the earliest possible timeframe was still three days. Suspicious of this claim, we contacted the lawyer in his presence, only to be told that the agreement could be prepared at any time, depending on the developer's instructions. This directly contradicted what BK had told us. He then went on stating that's not what he said over and over again until we had enough.

It is deeply troubling that a representative of Crest Austin would deliberately mislead customers in this manner. Transparency and integrity are crucial when making such significant financial commitments, and this experience has severely damaged my trust in the company.
