We had other food in mind for lunch at this new area, Austin Crest shop lots until we bumped into this newly opened Bakuteh restaurant and little did we know their HQ is at Klang which is famous place for BKT. So, we cancelled our planned eatery and went to this BKT instead. We ordered BKT pork ribs Claypot soup x 1 person size (RM19.50) & BKT Claypot Belly pork dry x 1 person size (RM20.50) Both BKT claypots are served sizzling hot. Food wise it's below average. Very salty. Definitely avoid if you can't take too salty food. Other than that the soup bak kut teh does not have necessary herbal taste, whereas dry bak kut teh is just soy sauce taste, with a hint of dried cuttlefish fragrance, with no sign of the actual cuttlefish strands.
Only thing went well is the meat are cooked through and...
