If can give no star, I hope I can do so, I just want to share my bad experience for buying my new washing machine with Hisense, let me list down the story below :- I purchase the washing machine on 08/05/2025 The shopee portal auto received on 15/05/2025 I received my washing machine on 21/05/2025 The washing machine water sensor level broken, cannot function on 15/06/2025 I make report immediately on 15/06/2025 After 5 working days technician only come on 20/06/2025 20/06/2025 - The technician checked and said that sparepart broken, and didn't inform us properly actually what's happen for my washing machine, only inform that will bring the sparepart and come again on 23/06/2025. 23/06/2025 - I keep whatsapp and call the technician didn't respond or come, and call service center they say can't help and can't do anything, only say the part ordered and wait for China Shipment, let me wait for the technician schedule come again. 02/07/2025 - The customer services keep reply my email and giving same reply everyday "Already place order for your sparepart, kindly wait for part arrive & technician will contact you again", my washing machine broken almost 1 month I can't use it, and I gonna go outside to wash my clothes twice a week. 16/07/2025 - The part finally has come & technician come to fix on 2.03p.m., after changed the part on 2.32p.m. he say still cannot work, need to return & change a new washing machine. Then I make report via email to Customer service, need to wait them investigate & report to HQ. 22/7/2025 - My case for exchange new unit has been approved, but the new unit need to ship from oversea, don't know need to wait how long again. Haizzz 11/08/25 & 19/08/25 - My new unit of washing machine until now don't have update, ask the customer services they say can't check the shipment only can wait. Walao my case 2 month already tell me wait wait wait, worse brand that I buy ever! Giving warning and until 26/8/25 we reported to KPDN and request our refund, we don't want to use their product already My new unit washing machine is finally deliver to our house on 29/8/25, the case is finally close after 2.5 months waiting.🙄
I very disappointed I choose Hisense Brand product because your after sales services is very bad and even sparepart also don't have stock for 1 or 2 pcs. Starting I bought the washing machine also delay 10 days for deliver it I also be quiet already, now use not even 1 month the sparepart has broken. And your company is such a big company, also can't handle the service order quickly, use 5 days to come check my washing machine only, can't even fix it directly, your staff working performance really slow until I think your company only hire 2 service staffs to work.
Kindly take responsibilities to do your aftersales service since I have warranty on this, if not I will try another method. I just want my case...

I don’t expect any reply nor solutions from Hisense in this review because they will just reply the same thing as what they replied in other people’s review. So first of all my tv was broken 3 weeks ago, contacted customer and got a technician to check what’s the problem. After checking the problem they told me it’s my tv screen problem and they have to order the spare parts from China and told me to wait for 1-2 weeks. After waiting patiently for 1-2 weeks, I asked the customer service what’s the status and she told me “ I already highlighted to the person in charge”, do you this was the answer I was expecting after waiting for 2 weeks ? Then, Hisense’s person in charge called me and told me that my tv’s spare part is having some problem shipping from China and I was like great, you all told me to wait for 2 weeks and after 2 weeks the spare part is not here yet. Then the PIC gave me another solution by suggesting me to replace my tv to another model and I was like ok fine I’ll replace my tv to another model then because I’m tired of waiting. After I told the PIC I agreed to replace my tv and asked her when can I get it , she told me to wait for another 1+ more week, even replacing a TV I still need to wait again? Hisense, you have so less stocks for TV? I was getting more and more angry so I told the PIC to rush the process for me as it’s already the 3rd week now.
