[December 2022] We are attracted by the hot air balloon activities. But unfortunately it was fully booked even before half the event ends. Kinda potong steam.

Then we went wandering around the show house unit. Interior is very pretty but the layout is so tiny and kinda unrelavant for practical stay. Some don't have area for wardrobe or tables. More like for a family for Airbnb use. Not to mention about the price. Staffs are not present in the show unit for more details and brochures. But they are all lingering in the event space. Haha..

We went for the food truck and queue was long. Not an issue. We queue for quite a bit. But not mentioning trying different variety cuz it so tiring and hot to purchase another food. Queue line went criss cross every corner obstructing the pathway. Not so comfortable for a walk. I would prefer they come up with a ticketing/voucher order and number beeping display so people can feel more relaxed picking up the orders from afar. And the flow would be much more faster...

The place is great, with wonderful views, alot of recreational activities, we started to like the place. But when we went to the gallery, we were lost. We were told that the person in charge was not around since she was in quarantine so we were okay and understood that. But the person who attended us seemed like lost, not much info we could get from her. Then, she went elsewhere and we didnt have anyone attended us. Wanted to ask for more info but everyone else was either busy or just chit chatting among themselves. We ended up frustrated and went back home. I am extremely disappointed with the experience of dealing with this company. It has been over two months since I send the defect rectification report, and there are still unresolved issues that I reported right from the start. Despite constant follow-ups, all I’ve received are excuses and no real action. Every time I contact them, they push the blame around or come up with a new reason why things haven’t been fixed. The lack of professionalism and accountability is frustrating, and I regret trusting them with such an important purchase. I would not recommend anyone to go through this nightmare!
