Waterfront Village @ Gamuda Gardens — Local services in Selayang Municipal Council

The agent there is not professional at all, especially the chinese guy who wear a gold abacus ring. The way he spoke to me is really hurting my pride. Ya, no one serve me as well, maybe I am no wearing very "high class" shirt or maybe I am too young to afford a house. I approached this guy and i asked he about the details. At first he told me, the show room havent establish, no much people booking yet. Then he said to me, the booking fee is RM 1000 which is totally different from another agent. My relatives was informed by another agent that the booking fee is RM 500.After that, i said i wish to know how many unit left for booking, then he suddenly told me that all the unit is fully booked. When i asked about the loan thing, he was very unhappy and said to me that if you dont have 1 yrs epf record dont expect to get approval for the bank loan. I explained to he that I already have few yrs epf record and I am having high interest for buying my own house. The agent dont even want to stand up to introduce me the model house, he just sit on his own chair (at front desk), used laser pen to point me the "model house" and asked me go have a look by myself. I am having bad experience (feel like begging other to introduce me about the property), and ya, no one ever bought me to a show room and nothing at all. So who ever wish to seek information or advice from their agent, please wear "high class" attire,so that you can catch their agent attention and qualified...

TOILET IS VERY VERY VERY DIRTY !!!!!!!!!!!!!! How to attract more people when we drive all the way here, bought the expensive house and then come over to dine , the toilet is sooooo DIRTY! The hand basins filled with vege/ food residue , toilet paper on the floor, can see some shit residue on the floor also cause the water on the floor trap is clogged !!! One of the seat is damaged , replaced with DIY SEAT- what is this...
