Bad customer service!

I beli sandwich dengan cafe latte. Then masa nak bayar the guy dekat counter tu cakap total RM 10.80 maybe sebab tengok i pegang purse, ingat i nak bayar cash kot? At first i macam okaylaa bayar je sebab harga for both memang standard macamtu, and i taktahu ada And i bayar pakai card je without tengok berapa charge. Keluar je resit i tunggu la dia kasi resit, tapi dia pegi crumple resit tu. I macam… eh???

Then dia pergi buat coffee tu and left the counter. Dia datang balik counter untuk scan the next customer. I terus tanya, mana resit i?? Terus gelabah.

“Resit yang buy 1 free 1 ni ke?” Rupanya kalau beli cafe latte ada dapat free lagi 1 cup! Tapi dia sorokkan voucher tu!

I said “takkk, resit i bayar tadi” Then dia bagi resit yang dah crumple tu. I bengang and tak tengok pun resit tu, terus simpan

Then today baru i check balik, rupanya total i beli was only RM 6.90, tapi budak tu cakap RM 10.80, nak try sauk duit i ke apa??? Sebbaik pakai card. Tak kesah pun nak bagi lebih, tapi bukan dengan cara menipu...
