Block C2 Savanna Executive Suites @ Southville City — Local services in Sepang

My family and I stayed in a 3-bedroom/2-bathroom apartment during the first half of my trip. We picked the place due to the location and facilities. The condo was clean, comfortable, and air-conditioned, with a full kitchen and washer. The facilities include a pool and gym. Everything worked well. My nieces and nephews enjoyed the pool. The pool is so important, especially on any hot day. The ground floor of each building in Southville offers restaurants, drugstores, markets, cafes, etc. You won’t run out of stuff or go hungry here, for sure. This is a secured building. A security guard can be seen 24/7 downstairs by the lobby, and guests must use the key/badge upon entering the elevator section and again when choosing the right floor. It’s like most modern hotels that prevent strangers from trespassing. No badge/key, no come-in, sorry! The badge will not work for other floors except the correct apartment floor and the floor to the pool. The outdoor pool is on level 5. This is a secure building, safer than most NY buildings. We enjoyed the apartment and the surrounding areas. Our homestay host is very professional and easy to deal with. Worst management ever! There is this suspicious 'office/bundle shop' near to the lobby of block C2. Many reported about this ’office' but no action has been taken. There r suspicious males n females spending the nights there but dont look like married couples. Suspicious stinking smell coming out of the office..some say it smells like ganja but the management doesnt even bother to check. The management is useless n causes the residents inconvenience all the time n hardly responds to our complaints! Today block C2 water supply supposed to be halt from 7am as per memo by the management itself, but water has stopped at 2.30 am! The management is stupid n useless...
