If you guyz want a quiet place and afforadble homestay apartment.. This is the place.. Near with local grocery like speedmart, family mart, 7e and many more, also restaurant if u guyz dont want to go further to find food.. It have two section, parking and apartment building, so u have to take 2 lift for that.. Front Security are friendly.. The pool very large, about 80 m i guess.. Pool, gym, public restroom. In one place.. U can let ur child play at the pool while exercise at the gym.and u also have security guard the pool area.....

after 2 years living in sensory resident, for me this condo is family friendly, MO is also very helpful, the facilities here are very useful.. and most importantly the resident community here is very good, they work together and help each other when needed.. first time to have neighbors who are very kind and caring ..finally .. it was not in vain that I bought a house here even though the maintanane charge is a bit expensive .. that's all from me .. i love...
