Utropolis Glenmarie — Local services in Shah Alam

The security guards are horrible, they act as if they owned the Utropolis Suite serviced apartment (Tower A & B) , unfriendly, and do not do their job. When you have a QR code they sometimes ask for it and sometimes do not even when you have a multiple entry QR code they say it’s expired. Even at one time I hung my umbrella on the door grill the security guard just took it and threw down. The management is not any better. Lift and access door scanners do not work. Has not been functional for more than half a year. If you have a choice do not stay/rent a unit at this place. If I could give it an even lower score I would....

The security team need some serious attitude adjustments. I've seen better people who work as security who firmly stick to their SOP yet are friendly, helpful and understanding.

Too followed-by-the book and no flexibility. Management need to provide a place for the delivery people to leave our parcels when we're not at home to retrieve since they're not allowed up because I've had 2 deliveries sent back which caused major inconveniences.

I would give zero stars for this apartment as it's so inconvenient for visitors to enter in. I understand it's for the residents safety that the owner has to come down if they have visitors but in the situation where the owner is literally not answering or may be slept off and the visitor who is coming over is someone who comes everyday, why do the guards has to make other people's life hard and at times some of them are RUDE.
