The best beach along this part of the coast, even if it's mostly pebbles and bare rock. It's easily accessed by road but still quiet (at least off season - we've not been there in summer). The water was quite calm even on a windy day, although it was a bit chilly for swimming in November.
It's also a great area for diving and snorkelling - on a previous visit we went in on the west side of the bay and then swam around to the left, past the salt pans, but there are some small fish even in the shallow water close to the beach. Es liegt einen kleiner Kiesstrand dort und es zieht sich ein vorgelagertes Felsplateau mit einem Double Arch und einer Höhle mit Kamin die Küste entlang. Seit der Römerzeit werden dort flache Becken zur Salzgewinnung angelegt. Ein kleiner Teil (etwa 300 Salinen) werden heute noch betrieben. Saisonell bedingt sind die Salinen von Mai bis September bewirtschaftet und das Salz wird über Supermärkte und kleinere Geschäfte der Insel vertrieben. Man kann dort auch sehr gut an der Küste entlang spazieren gehen.
