Pizza Stop — Restaurant in Żebbuġ

Pizza Stop Kiosk sits on the edge of the Mediterranean northwest of Marsalforn, Gozo. The setting is breathtaking, On a clear day you can see Sicily. On any day watch the boats passing by on their way to Marsalforn Bay. You order and pay at the kiosk window. You food and drinks will be delivered to your open air or umbrella covered table. The service is very friendly and efficient. I recommend it as a place to have a drink. There is a full spirits bar and a very good wine list, plus lots of juice and soft drinks. We had fish and chips and a margherita pizza. I'm sorry to say both were below average. We'll give the food a second try and hope for better results. Our group collectively agreed that this was the worst pizza we've had in a long long while. The dough was dry and scratched our mouths and the toppings sparse and low quality. I had a quattro formaggi pizza which was closer to a margherita than anything else. The drinks were ok tho small and very simple. The only other thing on the menu outside of pizzas were a few salads which makes me believe either a new owner has taken over the place since the last reviews or they collectively stopped caring altogether.

The view from the terrace is amazing but it was also the only thing worth our while there.

My favourite place to be in Gozo. Chicken Deluxe pizza also my favourite in Gozo. I noticed a review further down about 'loud and inappropriate' music, this isn't true, it is always quiet background music. On only one occasion that I'm aware of (I'm there several times a week through the summer) there was live music booked for a birthday party. So maybe a bit loud on this occasion, but not inappropriate. I know because I was part of the band and personally chose each song. So go to Pizza Stop,...
