Very disappointed service. I bay a smart tv from them and after 1 year software went down.They told me to bring tv for installing new software which cost me € 60.00 not included 2 times going to the shop and back. After 1 year again same story software down and to bring tv for installing new software. This year same again,and I contact them via facebook,sending photos and videos but untill I didnt call them,they dont bother to answer. When I call them,they told me that I need to bring tv again,which I ask did they will fix this permanently or it will be again same story next year. Advice was that most probably software will go down again next year. As per technician advice was to bay USB ANDROID STICK from there shop which cost €49.00 and when I went to the shop,the person in the shop dont have any idea what technician told me and he call them to confirm, but now answer from technician was "I was thinking that tv is starting". On the end I left and that tv ended up in garbage. NEVER EVER GOING TO BAY ANYTHING FROM...

Terrible customer service over the phone. They sent us the wrong cooker to start, which they changed on the day no problem. When we asked when the electrician would be coming they stated he would come on Wednesday (delivered on the 18th, will be fitted on the 24th) I now have no cooker, unable to cook dinner for my kids as we were not informed that it would not be fitted on the same day. had a gas cooker (which has been removed from the premises the day before 17th) to make way for the new one (electric) when I phoned to ask what was going on I was informed that we needed to book an electrician before hand. we were not told this and they even stated on the phone that they do not ask because "most of the time" people just say they will fit it themselves. I asked them to come and collect it and refund my money as I can not pay that money and be without a cooker for a week as I need to feed my kids....
