Extremely disappointed with post-sale service. We regularly went 2-3 weeks without email responses. Including when we needed to set a delivery date - causing delays. Delivery had damaged items, and incorrect measurements, adding a further 4 week delay. We sent clear pictures of the damage and issues but were not believed so I asked them to come visit again. They agreed to replace all issues which is great - but the process to get there was exhausting, and the team rather rude. Not client centric at all. The quality and durability of the producta was great but then the customer service lacked due to their fear of us finding out on delivery that it was damaged on transport and in opposite format. We have been give a monetary compensation for delays and inconvenience, but we probably would have not even needed it if we were treated with a bit more of a human touch not a money bag.
