The Lagoon is awesome! We visited recently and were shocked to find nearly the whole place empty. Plenty of seating and fun to be had. The second largest manmade lagoon in the world offers paddle boarding, kayaking, swimming and tons of beach games. There are areas for cornhole, tetherball, bocce, and soccer. The best however is the volleyball and don't worry if you don't have enough players, the staff was always happy to come play with us.
There is food and drink on site and plenty of activities for younger children as well, bead & bracelet making, painting, etc.
Our favorites were the activities the staff put on. Mexican Bingo and 21 with Victor and Brenda, water aerobics with Lily, and volleyball with their whole crew; sadly I can't remember all their names, but they were a blast to hang out with.
