CAFÉ MACADAM — Restaurant in Nuevo León

Macadam, great food, outstanding service and a casual atmosphere to spend a brunch at. I came at the brunch hour and at first ordered a latte which felt like a homemade coffee, and also a strawberry, carrot and orange juice, great juice 8.5/10. For brunch we had a Salmon and Brie omelette which was a 8.7/10, lacked more punch of flavor. The cinnamon roll pancakes which the waiter recommended and said “they’re the most popular” were amazing! A 10/10 on these. The flavor isn’t too dense to saturate your mouth with sugar, the cinnamon balances the chemistry of the flavor and the quality of the pancake itself was perfect, fluffy and heavy butter milk. I really recommend these specially if you’re a cinnamon...

The food is delicious and the service is good. We only got a table because we arrived early; it filled up quickly. We enjoyed what we ordered but also saw the food other people ordered and it made us want to go back to try more things (such as the waffles and pancakes). The only thing I didn't like was the condition of the men's restroom. The wallpaper in the stall was torn and scratched. It looked like a werewolf had turned while in the restroom and tried to exit the stall through the wall. The toilet paper rolls were in a basket, not in a dispenser on the wall. Very odd, considering that the rest of the restaurant is clean...

Macadam is a great hangout place to come for breakfast and to just hangout. Food is super delicious the white chilaciles are really good they have a delicious white cream sauce that they pour over. the huevos rotos are great too they have French fries and crispy pork belly bits. Pancakes are the best ever and the service is great I definitely recommend this place. We come here every week atleast one time.
