It’s very unfortunate but the service really lets Go Majestic down.
I’d book Uber for airport transfer in the future and there are many of good quality tour companies (head to the supermarket in the hotel zone and you’ll find them all).
We booked a return airport transfer (would normally Uber but it was the first time travelling with our 8 week old so we wanted to make it as easy as possible). We organised this through the hotel before travelling and the transfer from the airport was good. With my baby brain I put the wrong flight details for the return, they noticed but despite being located in the hotel and having all our contact details they didn’t make much of an effort to get the correct flight details (sent one email) which resulted in us being charged but not getting a transfer to the airport and having to arrange another.

After the driver had already left we were informed that the scuba diving was canceled and ask if we wanted to proceed. At this point we had no choice and so my wife and I paid $250 for a boat ride to the island. The second excursion was the Chichen Deluxe. That totaled $279 for two people. The booking agent did not inform us that this would be a 6 hour round trip. We had to find this out from someone else at the resort. When I contacted them about cancelling they informed me that I was out of the 24 hour window. I understand this but I have horrible motion sickness that a 3 hour car ride each way is impossible. I was told I could reschedule for a Tuesday but was unable to cancel the booking without loosing my money. I would have never booked this promotion if I was informed of the length of the car ride. Read moreWe had only one day on our trip to Cancun where we could go on an excursion to Tulum. It's was the only thing we wanted to do in our short time here. The morning of our scheduled tour, we had not received a single bit of information about what to do, aside from "be outside the hotel at 6:20." We spoke to every single driver that showed up, and every single one told us we were not on their tour. At 7:00, when the Go Majestic desk finally opened, they told us the driver claimed we went back to our room. This is absolutely not true.
This company has ruined our entire trip. Avoid this company at all costs.
Edit: We've spoken to people in the company throughout the day, and it's pretty clear that this is not the way they want to do business. They've done what they can to make up for this, so we're giving them another chance tonight with a Coco Bongo trip. I'll update further in the morning.
