We were served microwaved gyoza, also completely cold not even lukewarm ramen and pho. So after we told them about cold soups they took it back probably microwaved a bit longer and brought it back. The noodles in the pho were hard and uncooked so I passed on Pho . Few hours later the person who ate the ramen ended up with food poisoning, stomach flu. So don't bother to make reservations there and ruin your vacation. I wish I had read the reviews before going there. FYI, medical help by the hotel doctor will cost you 215$.
