Cimaco — Local services in Sinaloa

We had some delivery challenges. The guy delivering made it clear to bring the end tables upstairs-even though we have an elevator. He made it clear he wanted a tip. The day prior I waited 6 hours and at 3:50 the driver called and said manana. Said hoy. He hung up the phone. I went to the store and the manager made it right. Delivery came the next day but with the asking for the tip. Saying we only bring it to the ground floor. I can bring it upstairs…you know what I mean. I tipped them but I’m not sure if shop there again. The in store service was very good and professional but the delivery really has put me off. ...

I love Cimaco. When it took over for Fabrica de France, I didn't think it would be as good. But, I was wrong: it was better! I really like Cimaco, although I wish they were open at 10:00 am like they do in my home state of Illinois, instead of an hour later.

I give Cimaco five stars because of its great customer service and wide selection...

Worst promos and discounts ever. They elevate the price of everything and just put a sign saying "-2000 pesos offer!". But in reality you are paying the same old price. I don't recommend this business and it's a shame because it's a Mexican one.
