El Bambú — Restaurant in Sinaloa

Our first visit here after walking past it twice and smelling the carna asada on the grill outside. Decided to try breakfast. Once we walked in we were surprised by how many people were there! Greeted right away, so friendly!!! We were presented a tray of pastries and coffee. Then came the salsa and chips and some soft crumbled cheese. My wife eats very little so we asked to share a plate. We bought a kilo of arracherra to go from their parking lot grill. We had them grill/bbq it up and took a 30-minute bus home to have it. It was perfectly seasoned and grilled. Melted in our mouths and even the juice from the meat was finger lickin' good. Came with tortillas and a sauce. If you are not a fan of spicy, the side sauce is a little spicy but...
