Highway robbery. This company with full knowledge overcharges for simple pick up and delivery. I wanted to mail out one small package less than 1 lb. and these crooks want $53.00. I laughed in the ladies face. I despise those who think they have the market cornered and overcharge. I will never use their service. I am practically thinking of opening up my own pickup and delivery, charge half price and put these people out of business. It's not about the money. I can afford to pay the $53.00.
