My son and I used to love going to this pool. We came here on a weekly basis and enjoyed it so far, even though I think they should really work on their food quality and hygiene. Yesterday however was the worst traumatic experience in my life. I won’t go into full details, but we were KICKED OUT AND YELLED AT by the staff of the pool. Because i allowed my son (who was wearing “zwembandjes” with attached life jacket and already completed a swimcourse, just nno diploma yet) to go of the baby slides in the 75 cm pool. I was sitting right next to him on a chair and kept a close eye on him. This is how I (along with other parents) do it and it has always been fine. Yesterday however the staff thought it was appropriate to call me a bad, lazy, irresponsible mom, pick up my son to get him out of the pool and kicked us out. My son was so upset and says he is too afraid to go swimming (which was his favourite thing). I’m so hurt by how rude the staff treated me and am still shocked. I wish i could give less than 1 star as I have never been bullied and humiliated by staff ever before. Thank you for ruining my sons favourite weekly...

Beautiful domed pool and pleasant atmosphere.

Few things to take in account: Because of the glass dome.. -When its sunny outside the indoor temperature does get very very tropical. If you are particularly sensitive to noise do realise that all sounds bounce back on the dome surface which can be quite overwhelming. -In winter the dressing rooms are cold as ice. Especially with smaller kids my advise would be to to dry and dress them upstairs. There's a heater at the window side next to the baby & toddler pool.

For the Miranda staff.. Thank you all for your pollite thou vigilance care. However, there is (and has been for a long time) one major issue in Miranda and that's the cleaning of the pools. I know you guys mob the floors and refresh the water, but something is of when every time im there I get tangled up (at least once) in big strains of hair that is defenatly not mine. The small round pool with the jets in it seems to be the worst. Would be nice if someone could check this out and sees what can be...

This review is for the indoor pool. I came here to swim laps in the mid morning and unfortunately it was very crowded (6-8 people per lane), with only the far right lane really available for people serious about swimming. The water itself was a great temperature, but there was a lot of debris on the bottom of the pool and it didn’t feel like the cleanest place to swim. Also, the locker rooms were difficult to navigate and could have been cleaner—there was one locker room for everyone and it had strange changing cubicles with doors that didn’t seem to close. Also, the only showers were the ones right next to the pool and didn’t have any soap dispensers or place to leave your things.

The staff working at the pool were very friendly and helpful. Also, the outdoor pool looked good, but apparently is only available for swimming laps in the morning. If I were to swim here regularly, I’d probably prefer the outdoor one to...
