Feng Wei Supermarket — Local services in Oranjestad (city)

We visited this store many times throughout the week. This person at the register was never particularly nice or warm towards me but maybe that just me. But when they sold us an expired box of caramel ice cream cones I went back the next day to inform them and to ask if I could get a Refund. This woman proceeded to not understand and to stare and inspect the box even after I grabbed fellow customer to speak her language. I assumed she spoke Papimento. I also handed her my phone to try to google translate with her. But she stilll acted baffled at me and my phone. the night before she communicated with my travel partner through the use of google translate. So after a few minutes of this I gave up, which I believe was her goal. I’ll never give my money to her again. I’m not leaving. A bad review the expired food but at how she treated me...

The woman working at the cashier is always extremely rude and most definitely does not know how to communicate with people spending money on their store. Not only is the service provided by the cashier horrible, but the cleanliness of the store is literally non-existent. The store stinks. And there is an area that they use to make food, and they have patatoes that they're selling set for people to grab, but that area is one of the most disgusting parts of the store, I would not recommend buying anything such as vegetables or fruits from their store, as it is not fully trustworthy that it is not spoiled. They do not have many options, and they are mostly overpriced in comparison to another supermarket Id say go to Home sweet Home, which is maybe 2 mins far by car from this store.
