This is our first choice everytime we come to this island! From the port, a taxi to Reflection's costs $13. for 2, one way. The trip takes only about 5 minutes, as it is only a mile or two south of the port. Our bill at Reflections totaled $60. for the following, 2 loungers and an umbrella, a lunch we ordered which consisted of a beef quesadilla for my wife, a giant hamburger and fries with 2 beers for me, and a tip. The beef in the hamburger and in the quesadilla was outstanding. My wife said it was the best she ever had! Yep, better burger then Guy's on the ship!! I want to state something here I rarely read, there is a shower to wash off the salt water just as you walk off the sand onto the cement towards the swim up bar. Yes there is a pool with a swim up bar, with loungers and chairs around it, but we're beach people, and with that beautiful beach we could never use the pool. After lunch, we sat around for about an hour, enjoying the breeze, then had our server Jenny call us a taxi, which she gladly did. The taxi arrived in less then 10 minutes, and we were headed back to the port to do some shopping before going back on the ship. I want to thank the following people at Reflections for a great beach day, ,, Jorge who answered all my emails, Brian who set us up on the beach, and took care of us there, and Jenny, who was our server in the restaurant/bar area! They were very attentive, very good workers,...

If you’re looking for the perfect spot to unwind by the beach, Reflexions beach bar and restaurant is a must-visit. Nestled right on the shoreline, the atmosphere is exactly what you’d want: laid-back, chill, and full of positive vibes. It’s the ideal place to grab a drink and bite, kick back, and watch the waves roll in.

From the moment you arrive, you’re greeted by a friendly and attentive staff who make you feel right at home. Special shoutout to F, J, and B (keeping their names out for privacy reasons) who always go above and beyond to ensure we have a great experience. The service here is great, nothing feels rushed, and they’re always happy to chat and help you out whenever needed. These guys also know how to make you laugh while making sure you’re taken care of.

Furthermore, the cocktails are amazing. Whether you’re into classic beach cocktails or something more adventurous, they’ve got it covered. Each drink is crafted with care, and you can really taste the quality ingredients. I could easily spend an entire afternoon sipping my favorite cocktail here, watching the ocean.

As for the price, it’s very reasonable for a beachside spot. You’re definitely getting your money’s worth in both the drinks and the overall experience.

All in all, this is the place we always come back to. For the best relaxed afternoon, I highly recommend checking it out. You...

Our experience at this establishment was deeply disappointing and disturbing. We were subjected to unfair treatment that, sadly, appeared to be based on the color of our skin.

We had a confirmed reservation for a beachfront cabana. Upon arrival, everything seemed fine, and we were escorted to our cabana as planned. While we were dining and enjoying our time in the restaurant overlooking our cabana, we noticed a family was sitting in it. Shockingly, the cabana was then given to a Caucasian family — without explanation or apology at the time.

When we questioned this obvious mistake, the owner eventually came over and admitted that the cabana had been rightfully reserved for us, but the staff had “made an error” and chose to give it to the other family anyway. There was no attempt to correct the situation — just a passive acknowledgment of wrongdoing at the time. The owner eventually paid for our meal. (That was the least he could have done after treating us in such a disrespectful manner)

It is unacceptable that any business — especially one in the hospitality industry — would treat guests differently based on race.

We are sharing our experience here not out of anger, but out of a sincere hope that others are spared such treatment and that this establishment takes real steps to address and correct this kind of discriminatory...

Close to the Princess Cruise port. Beautiful sandy beach, gorgeous water, for $20 USD you can rent two chairs, an umbrella and a small table. Quite quiet and another lovely gem, this one in Aruba. The price of food and drinks is not inexpensive yet were very good. The corona bottles are tiny! You can watch many airplanes fly in to the nearby airport. Downside is the backfire of vehicles/motorcycles at a place next door. Lots of spinning tires on the road too. A couple of larger boats came right up onto the beach which was a bit dangerous for swimmers. We have to also give a shout out to the Manager/owner & to one of his staff - Lorne! Lorne is not only who greeted us warmly when we arrived and provided amazing service yet when our cab did not show up after close to 50 minutes of waiting, he drove us to the cruise port. We made it with 15 minutes to spare as traffic was backed up due to accidents and pre-New year gatherings. They did not even want to accept some payment yet we insisted. Up and beyond service!! Thank you!! We shall be back to Aruba one day, and we will for sure be visiting this awesome place again.

Second visit to this spot while on holiday and we came back because the service and the food were good on the first visit. The first visit we sat on the patio. Service on the second day was horrible once we were seated on “the beach”. There were three servers/runners for drinks and food. Clearly no one was assigned to any one area. I had to go and “FIND” the guy who I thought was our server/runner to order drinks - Charles or Dany both names are on the check. A different person bought the food and we were almost finished eating by the time our drinks arrived. We had to literally look for people to take our next drink order and then the drinks were slow arriving. The couples in front of us to the left and the couple with kids to the right were definitely being accommodated. Again by different people each time (same three servers/runners). To make matters even worst , I had to look for someone to get the check and have it closed out. They should have “paid us” for all the walking back and forth we had to do. For future you can do better by communicating with each other and providing service to “all” of your guests.

The best part of any dining experience is the service we receive and reflexions is no exceptions. We arrived and inquired about using the chairs, which are included by agreement with the Carribbean Palm Village timeshare. Robert found two chairs, set up the umbrella, and made us feel welcome. The first Pinia Coladas came out frosty with plenty of rum. We had a lunch of seafood cerviche and a cheeseburger. Both were very good. What was even better was our server's recommendation to get one burger instead of two because it would have been too much food; she was so right. Later on we ordered Pinia Coladas again and Robert asked if we wanted to wait for happy hour in 15 minutes, we said that was fine, and about 25 minutes two frosty drinks showed up at our chairs. The beach was relaxing, with families, retirees, couples, and individuals enjoying a relaxing day in Aruba. We stayed until the sun set and never felt pressured to pay our bill or purchase more than we wanted. Reflexions is a reflection of what brings us back to Aruba since our first visit in 1988, its people.
