We used Food Union for a 3-day conference with over 60 people. The philosophy, the location, the facilities, the amazing staff, the typical Rotterdam "Make it happen" mentality, combined with the local cooperation between the municipal garden (run by volunteers), the foodbank nearby and the opportunities given to starting caterers/restaurant owners and the local producers of Rotterdam beer, cider, kombucha, the baking of REAL French baguettes (I had it tested by the French, they were very appreciative), and all the good food (vegetarian or other), is simply mind blowing. Our international guests were over the moon with the open and down to earth (or as I like to call it Rotterdam ;-) ) mentality and felt really energised! If ever you are looking for a location for a large group and or multiple days, I would recommend to try Food Union, you will not be...
