I needed to buy some giftcards and didn't know where to find them. So I asked one of the employees if I could ask them a question. They were quite rude about it, but did end up answering my question (I had to go to the cash registers). One of them was open at first, eventually another one opened. Both had lines, though. This made it very hard for me to check if they had the right ones without standing in line.
