Kebabs On Maskell — Local services in Ōrākei

My Habibi literally ripped open the paper bag out of my hands to eat his super mixed kebab. Hence why we didn’t have a picture of his super duper meal! This is now my 4th time here & I’m in love with Kebabs On Maskell! Surely these guys are the best tasting kebabs in Auckland. They’re a bit pricey but well worth your money. Chips are full to the brim & the kebabs are so well compacted with beautiful lamb or chicken as well as falafel & great tasting hummus, garlic & other juicy sauces. If you have hummus sauce on your chips it taste even better! A special mention to the two young lovely people who work at this store. For my first time I had a lovely young Afghan gentleman & tonight I had a lovely young Kiwi lady. Both had exceptional customer service & were polite & respectful at all times. Always serving quickly with a smile....

Really concerned about the hygiene of this facility. After watching one of the staff cough into his blue gloves and then wipe his nose with the same hand I asked him if he could change his gloves. He refused! He said give me the order and he would change his gloves. I asked if he could change them first he again refused. He along with the other two staff started laughing at my request and sniggering . We chose to leave

As locals I am concerned about this behaviour both the poor hygiene practice and laughing at me for a simple request to change one’s gloves. I wonder if the wash there hands after the have been to the toilet?

Guys a few years ago I got a kebab that had a piece of Stello pad in it and vowed never to return. My wife talked me out of it and have been back for a couple of years now. I usually get a mixed kebab wrap and a lamb samosa. Nearly every single time the sauce s are never put on the samosa… usually most times . Tonight was the same and the kebab didn’t have any either. It was completely tasteless and disappointing. Cmon guys it’s small stuff to get right in a competitive must get right time. I’m not coming back and I live on Maskell too. Don’t...
