A massive thank you to the Food Truck Collective for helping us organize an unforgettable office Xmas party! They brought together an amazing lineup of food trucks – Catchya Cookout, Karmic Kitchen, and the Cream food truck – each delivering incredible food and service.

Catchya Cookout wowed everyone with their Southern Fried Chicken Burgers (huge and delicious!), Falafel Burger, Fish n’ Chips, and Truffle Fries. The food was so popular that they sold out within a couple of hours!

Karmic Kitchen impressed with their double tacos and nachos – people couldn’t stop talking about how juicy and tender the meat was.

The Cream food truck topped it all off with their mouthwatering ice creams, which were the perfect sweet treat to wrap up the celebration.

The botanic gardens event wasnt very good at all, we packed a picnic blanket so we could go enjoy a family night out and the lines were so long it took us over 2 hours to get food and after waiting 40 minutes in one line they sold out! It was honestly a huge waste of time and we won't be returning. Myself and my partner were separated all night just trying to get food and then by the time we got our last food it was almost dark. Places were sold out after an hour of being there, poorly organised and we should have just stayed home. We didnt even get to sit and enjoy our food because the entire time was spent...

We used Food Truck Collective to book 3x separate Caterers to host our 200 guests at our wedding. I know this sounds like a nightmare, but thanks to these guys booking our Caterers was so easy and stress free. We had 3x food trucks to go with a coffee cart and a dumpling cart who We sourced from our local farmers market. Our guests loved the food truck setup and said that it felt like a mini festival!
