I have pleasure of meeting Timea in person for our son’s first birthday party last weekend. Prior conversation was made to confirm details of the service and payment arrangement etc. On the day of event, no one turned up at the agreed time so I rung to ask what happened. Timea was unsure what had happened and explained she could not see any schedule on her calendar but remembered our phone conversation earlier the week when I told her my name. Immediately apologised and turned up within 30 min.Turns out our little guests and parents were enjoying their extended lunch and perfect timing for face painting to begin. Timea was professional and the kids loved her painting. Our young guests also enjoyed balloon twisting Timea presented. On her departure, she has offered full refund for her being late and not keeping her promise. I told her to at least deduct some service fee as she has done great job to entertain our little guests and birthday boy’s sister! The next day full refund was in my account. I was just astonished with her manner and service. Reviews reflect her service and professionalism. I highly recommend her for upcoming party!! When we started to organize our daughters 5th birthday party, I immediately knew who I needed to talk to. I picked up the phone and called Timi straight away. I knew she would be able to help me with her great ideas and excellent service. We wanted to surprise our daughter with a princess. Rachael came and did an amazing job on the big day. She was not only acting like a real princess, but knew how to read stories, play funny games with the kids and do fantastic face painting. All in one!! So professional, patient, polite and talented! My kids had the pleasure of having the owner of this face painting business do their face painting at the opening of Newmarket Westfield . She is amazing with a very different technique . My sons Batman face paint took around a minute to do and my daughters around 2 minutes and it looked fantastic! My kids were delighted with their face paint .
