I'm definitely not a review type of person but I need to let as many people i know do not waste your time or money! My dad , brother and myself have been going here since along as I can remember we've all moved away over the years but every now and then we come back to reminisce on what I remember use to be my favorite place to eat , it is now the worst food I've ever wasted my money on , I'm so embarrassed I talked this place up so much to my partner only to be ripped off $90 the most expensive takeaways I've had on a long time but I assured him it was worth it and it was not! I wouldn't even feed this to my dog!! undercooked chicken, disgusting wontons and both combination meals tasted like off fish , stale noodles and our chicken n sweet corn soup had rotten corn peices in it 🤮 Same owners but do not know what happened to the quality of food and the prices , we had to get souvalaki 5 minutes down the road as we literally could not eat or enjoy anything! Didn't mind the price when it's always yummy the next day but this food already looked like it was pass use by date we didn't even get one meal out of it let alone 2 . Place looks and tastes like a heath hazard . Cook with fresh ingredients wash your pans so every dish doesn't taste...

I don't think people who get used to friendly kiwi customer service could bear here. really typical of Hong Kong service, impatient and rude when I just changed a mind within 2 seconds. Even thought the waitress speaking cantonese might sort of a racist. Her attitude was so bad when I spoke Mandarin and my partner speaks English but a bit more polite when I switched to Cantonese. Never seen such bad service in Chinese restaurants in Christchurch even worse than famous Corner House. Food is not bad. 煲仔饭 is traditional, relatively authentic with big portion and fresh veggies. Its hard for me recommend it others and return back, since I have already fed up with bad service in Hong Kong, why I should face it again even in New Zealand? And also such a shame for bringing my partner here to "experience" this rude service provided by some...

"Don't judge a book by its cover!" This restaurant might make you dissapointed when you walk in but trust me you will LOVE the foods 👍❤. Despite having a not attractive decor, this restaurant has quite a few positive spots. First thing, the food will never dissapoint you. I have become a regular customer now and I find it delicious every time. Allow yourself to have a good look at the unique style menu since sometimes it's hard to find the right food to order, so guys take a deep breath and keep looking. This restaurant is open till 3 AM!
