I am incredibly disappointed with my experience at Oderings Cashmere. After the Covid lockdown, I tried to redeem a wedding gift voucher that was just a month overdue. Management outright refused, stating that the lockdown was not a valid excuse. It’s outrageous that they took the money but won't honour the gift card. Their lack of consideration for customers is appalling. As I work on my garden, I can confidently say I’ll never shop there again. Save your money and look elsewhere—this place clearly doesn't value its customers!

Do not order pizza, they do not have a pizza oven so the pastry base is soggy and not cooked. I sent it back and after waiting about 15 mins. it came back warmer from being zapped in a microwave but the base was still inedible. I was in a group of ten ladies, the only other lady who ordered pizza had the same soggy base. My dessert was put in the fridge when I ordered it and sat there until I went to the counter to ask for it. Our group will not be booking here again.
