We used to visit quite often and haven’t been in nearly a year. Just went there twice in the last month, both times we had to wait for over an hour for the food.

Second time we called and the owner told us the waiting time is only 20 minutes so we ordered the food and said he will advise when the food is ready, called 20 min later to check and food wasn’t ready, called again in 10 min and owner was upset that we didn’t give him enough time to prepare the food, and blamed us for pushing him. In the end we waited an hour, and some of us didn’t get to eat because the waiting time was too long and they had to leave.

I can understand if you need time to prepare but you need to advise the correct waiting time, if we had known it’ll be so long we wouldn’t have ordered.
