Went in and purchased a spa vac. After I purchased the guy behind the counter said check the box to make sure it has a power cable. As sometime their technicians take stuff out the box to use (which means you’re essentially buying something used). The power cable was not in the box and the assistant couldn’t find it anyway in the shop. So I asked for a refund. He was not trained on giving refunds, so his boss said to give my bank details and he’ll do a transfer. Kept chasing for a week as still not got refunded. Every time I called the guy said he can’t get hold of his boss. It was only when I threaten to report them to the trade commission that his boss coincidentally made the refund. I eventually got a refund but not for the full amount. Tbh chasing up the remaining $5 is not worth my time but it should be a matter of principle they refund. If they do see this I’d like you donate that last amount to kidscan children’s charity. Although I’m sure they “say” they will do it, but really don’t trust...

I phoned Hotsprings Pukekohe to enquire about the spas and spoke to Jase. I had phoned other spa stores to enquire as I live in Gisborne, I felt I needed to trust the person who was informing me of what would suit me for my personal need. Within a matter of time, Jase had the right spa selected. This is a big investment for anyone, therefore, I felt I had to travel to Pukekohe to meet Jase to ensure this was the one for me. With meeting Jase and choosing the spa I also bought a gazebo with blinds to enhance the spa. Jase also offered to deliver and erect the gazebo for me in Gisborne. This was such a fantastic offer for me. Jase and the boys were absolutely amazing with their support to enable me to create my space. Their interaction and energy to ensure I had everything i needed that exceed my expectation. They made my experience to purchasing a spa very reassuring and comfortable. I highly recommend Jase and his team when purchasing a spa. They care about you to give you the best outcome...

WE LOVE SPAS and now with the help from Jase, Gary and Ketan we have our very own. All started with seeing the new sign for the shop go up and watching the building being built and filled with spas. We headed into the shop a couple days before grand opening and Gary knew everything there is about spas. Jase was super helpful allowing us access and talking through the pricing and Ketan guided us through each step some 3 months later. Thank you gents for your patience.

WE WERE SOLD before the team closed the shop and let us try out the spas in private. With chilled beers.

EXCITED to own our own spa and have delivery sorted a couple days after purchase.
