Columbus Coffee inside Mitre 10 Mega Pukekohe — Restaurant in Franklin

If you are a dog lover and enjoy taking your fur baby with you to dog friendly places, I do not recommend going to Columbus with your dog! My fur baby and I went for lunch with my Mum, we sat in the "Dog friendly area" at a table in the corner. My dog was on a lead, and was sitting on my lap, no food was even ordered at this stage. I have a Boston Terrier, so she is small and very friendly. The manager came over to me and told me dogs need to stay on the floor because of the tables.... Nowhere does it say 'Dog friendly area, only if your dog stays on the floor'!!!! It is like saying, children play area but they must remain quiet while in the play area... would not recommend if you are wanting to enjoy an outing with your...

We always enjoy brunching here. Eggs bene with salmon is my go to. But you really need a better table numbering system.

Somehow I ordered my food to the same table as someone else?? I went to sit down, and a lady had just taken the #4 table I ordered my food to.

Please please just give some numbers out on a stick at the counter when ordering, to help make everyone’s lives easier including your poor confused staff, that asked three different tables of customers if our breakfast was there’s or not. Until they finally found us at table #7 ….

It seemed the only thing they cooked fresh were the eggs. everything else was likely cooked yesterday and then reheated on the grill or in the microwave. The bacon was harder than a jandal, the bananas weren't even cooked, the chicken in the tacos was cold, and all our plates came out at different times which is strange in my experience.
