I have heard heaps of good stories about this place - higher expectations lead to bigger disappointment: It was my husband's 50th birthday, reservation made for lower seats table, 5 people, special request: "surprise my husband to make him feel special on the occasion". Phone call made by a waitress 2 hours before the reservation, saying they don't normally do dessert or cake, hence they don't know what kind of surprise I want. I said even a special drink, they said quote "you could order a drink" (duh wow), I then said even you could say something, just make him feel special. (I mean, do I have to teach you how to do good customer services?) Waitress said "I will tell my manager and call you back". I was like, you don't have to call me back, please just do something to make him feel special that's all what I am asking for. She was like, ok. Got there, no parking, and it was cold and rainy. All good, not your fault. Booked for lower seated table, but got allocated to higher seat table, and because they didn't see my request. I picked the option on the drop down box when booking the table, apparently they chose not to see it. But they did mention they saw my special request for my husband's birthday, so I was super looking forward to it. Food was ok but quite pricy, $21 for a kid meal including 2 deep fried chick wings and a bow of fried rice. Small portion of salad for $19. etc. Drinks were good. The night almost reached to the end, my husband still didn't get any special message for his birthday. I had to pretend going to the bathroom and approach the waiters. Again I got told they didn't really do such thing, I pleaded to have someone just say "Happy Bday" to him at least, the waiter said "fine, I will get one of the girls to do it". We waited for a long time, finally a waitress came and just casually did some chit chat with me and said "happy birthday by the way" to my husband and left. It was our first time and last time...

One of the highlights of my visit was the short wait time on both food and drinks. It's always a pleasure to have your order promptly delivered.

Although there were a couple of minor hiccups with our drink orders and a slight miscommunication, the staff quickly resolved the issues. Their speedy response and eagerness to rectify any problems truly showcased their commitment to customer satisfaction.
